What is your qualification criteria?

There are several areas that we evaluate, including but not limited to credit, criminal background, previous rental history as well as employment.

What are the credit requirements?

Each adult applicant must have adequate credit history, no evictions, bankruptcies or foreclosures. We do not accept guarantors or financial co-signers. We strongly prefer applicants with a credit score of 600 or above. If your credit score is below 600 but other conditions are met, then your security deposit can increase up to three (3) months rent.

What are the income requirements?

Your net income should be at least two and a half times the rent. If you carry monthly debt (child support, car payments, student loans, etc) you will need to qualify with more net income.

What is required to move in?

A completed rental application, credit check, background check, identification verification, income verification, employment verification, previous residency verification, security deposit and first month’s rent.

Do you accept housing vouchers (Section 8)?

Yes, we do accept housing vouchers. If you have a housing voucher and are interested in our property, please contact us to schedule a viewing. Please be sure that you have reviewed all of the rental criteria before contacting us.
